Deposits
A non-refundable deposit between £5–£20 will be required, depending on the treatment you choose. This is to secure your appointment booking. This is not an additional charge and will be deducted from the overall cost of your treatment.
Late
It is important that you arrive on time so I have enough time to carry out your treatment in full. I take pride in attention to detail, and your appointment time includes the minutes you are not present. There is a 10-minute grace period. Anything longer than this may result in your appointment being cancelled, and the deposit will not be refunded.
Cancelations
Any appointment cancelled within 24 hours will lose the deposit paid. If you cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment, your deposit will be refunded.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling is not a problem if it is done more than 24 hours before your appointment. Anything less than this may result in your appointment being cancelled, and the deposit will not be refunded. If you reschedule more than 3 times, the 4th booking may be cancelled.
Refunds
Deposits will only be refunded if the appointment is cancelled more than 24 hours before the booking. Once the service has been completed, refunds will not be given.
Existing products
I do not work over another nail technician’s work. If you already have another person’s work on your nails, you will need to book a removal or remove it safely yourself before your appointment. Please arrive with bare nails or only my previous work on them.
Fixings
Accidents can happen, and I understand that some breakages cannot be prevented. If there is any lifting, breakage, or chipping to your nails, I will be happy to fix them. This is only available within 7 days of your appointment. Repairs are free unless 3 or more nails require fixing, in which case an additional charge may apply depending on the work needed.
Damaged nails
If there are any cuts, infections, or damage present on your nails, the service may not be carried out, as this could worsen the condition and put both you and myself at risk. The health of your nails is my top priority. If you are unsure, you can always send me a picture using my contact details.
How to book
To book any treatment, you can call or text me on Instagram @gloww_lab_ or WhatsApp on 07415 251551. If there is any inspiration picture you would like recreated, please send it through using the contact details provided.

We accept both card and cash.
Our policies are to be respected and followed. It is there for the well being for you and our technitions. faliure to follow these will resut of canceling your appontment.
